Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process to ensure your return is tracked and free of charge.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging and box, securing the new shipping label over any previous delivery information.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to any authorized UPS location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
